This contemporary apartment is located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, close to the Queensbay area facing the sea view. We managed to organise the space so that the living, dining, dry kitchen, and wet kitchen are connected. The walkway leading to the master bedroom has been divided into a private space by a hidden door, which was designed along with the TV panel. The overall tone of the space combines dark grey and warm wood colour textures, natural marble floor tiles, and walnut flooring.
The TV panels in the living area are decorated with HDF board and plaster ceiling designs, which are integrated into the overall space from wall to ceiling. In front of the wet kitchen, the space is divided by a sliding glass door and a display cabinet. It is a multifunctional design; when you open it, it turns into a display cabinet door.
We organised a comfortable master bedroom with its own walk-in-closet. The interior walls are all covered with full-height panels and the curved edge of the plaster ceiling design. The materials and scales are used to create the space in order to provide people with new visual enjoyment and multi-dimensional experiences.
